Jess began working at Vose in 2011. She took some time off during 2012 to have her beautiful son, and has returned to us to help not only with the administration side of things, but also to look after our Marketing. Jess received a Diploma in Ministry from Riverview Leadership College in 2005.
Jess and her husband, Chris, previously worked as youth, young adults and children's pastors both in Perth and in the wheatbelt. They are now attending Elevate Church in Rivervale. Jess loves anything chocolate, coffee or Disney, and watching her incredible toddler grow and learn.

Royce has grown up in Perth his whole life and has spent the majority of that time attending Mt Hawthorn Baptist Church. After working as a surveyor's assistant for two years, he came to Vose at the start of 2012 to deepen his knowledge and faith.
As a youth leader at Mounty, Royce aims to further his understanding of reaching out to young people. He enjoys all sports and all types of music as well as camping. Royce took the role of caretaker in November 2012, something which greatly suits his outdoor type.
