- Team System: This system (from Ministry Advantage) helps create genuine teams that are effective and inviting.
- Delegation: if you want to do everything yourself (because no one can do it as well as you) then you better not come to this one.
- Conflict: We all cause it and we all end up in it. It can become a friend. Ways to make conflict a good thing.
Quotes from previous attendees
"The Leadership Cluster has helped me be a less reluctant leader, valuing the way God wired me and increasing my confidence. I've learned new skills I can apply immediately. The opportunity to network with other leaders was inspiring and invaluable. The facilitator created a safe environment in which to learn, share experiences, receive personal insight and even some situation-specific coaching. A great opportunity for anyone leading teams"
- Sue Ludemann, Parkerville Baptist Church
"Attending a Leadership Cluster was an invaluable experience in my leadership development. Participating in a thought filled environment that encourages curiosity and self reflection is preparing me well for leading others through gifted facilitation and course development. Monica is a suburb example of Christian leadership at work; I have been privileged to participate. I encourage others in church leadership to attend…and grow"
- Natalie Kay, South City Church
