Title: Team Cluster
To stretch your understanding and practice of leadership in teams. Come get together with others leading teams in formal and informal settings for equipping and encouragement.
Creating fantastic teams that everyone wants to join is no accident. It takes enthusiasm, insight and planning to gather good people and create flourishing teams.
Mixing and matching people with each other and with their purpose as a team, is a challenge. Conflict happens, communication happens (or doesn't happen) and people catch and lose sight of their goals and camaraderie.
Vose Leadership can help. The enthusiasm is up to you, but we can help with insights and planning skills. Vose Leadership designs and delivers group development trainings to increase understanding and camaraderie, believing that we really can be better together.
Dates: Wednesdays 30 July, 13 + 20 August, 10 + 24 September

What our clients have to say...
"Vose Leadership has been facilitating a peer learning group for us every month for the last 2 years. Ministry can sometimes be a lonely venture but our officers have been provided a place to grow and share with others who are in the same situation, which has proved incredibly valuable for them all. Monica is professional, has developed great knowledge from her extensive ministry experience, and her sensitivity and people skills provide the leadership required to facilitate a safe, healhty and challenging group. Thanks Vose"

Quotes from previous attendees
"The Leadership Cluster has helped me be a less reluctant leader, valuing the way God wired me and increasing my confidence. I've learned new skills I can apply immediately. The opportunity to network with other leaders was inspiring and invaluable. The facilitator created a safe environment in which to learn, share experiences, receive personal insight and even some situation-specific coaching. A great opportunity for anyone leading teams"
"Attending a Leadership Cluster was an invaluable experience in my leadership development. Participating in a thought filled environment that encourages curiosity and self reflection is preparing me well for leading others through gifted facilitation and course development. Monica is a suburb example of Christian leadership at work; I have been privileged to participate. I encourage others in church leadership to attend…and grow"
