Fees, Charges and Government Assistance
Our office staff are here to assist students in any queries relating to fees. Tuition fees are invoiced via email or mail to students at the beginning of semester. For more details on unit costs/tuition fees payable to the Seminary please see to the
Enrolling at Vose page; you can download a fee schedule and payment options there.
FEE Help
FEE Help is a Commonwealth Government loan given to eligible fee paying students to help pay part or all of their tuition fees. Australian citizens enrolled in an ACT accredited course are eligible to apply for a FEE HELP loan. Detailed information of FEE HELP can be obtained from the website www.goingtouni.gov.au or ask the office for an information booklet.
Austudy/Youth Allowance
Full time students who are Australian citizens may be eligible for Youth Allowance (if 25 or under) or Austudy (if over 25). These are Commonwealth Government living allowances and are available only if you meet certain criteria, including not earning too much money. You will have to apply to Centrelink for these allowances.
If you have a previous Bachelor degree, the following rules apply:
- Austudy is available for full-time Vose awards, and for any Graduate Diploma.
- Austudy is not available for full-time BMin/BTh study, unless the previous degree was awarded ten years previously.
- Austudy is not available for the MDiv after the first year (for the first year students may enrol in a graduate diploma and then transfer).
