Fees and Charges
Tuition fees are payable. A deposit is due with unit registration. The balance will be invoiced during the first week of each semester. Fees are due by the fourth week of each semester, unless prior arrangements are made with the office. An additional fee applies for deferred payments.
Textbooks may be required for individual units. Intensives are payable in full prior to commencement and no refund applies after this period.
More detailed information on the current fee structure, as well as information on enrolling to study at Vose Seminary, can be located on the Enrollment Information page.
Financial Assistance
FEE Help is a Commonwealth Government loan given to eligible fee paying students to help pay part or all of their tuition fees. Students enrolled in an ACT accredited course, and who are Australian Citizens, are eligible to apply for a FEE HELP loan. Detailed information of FEE HELP can be obtained from the website www.goingtouni.gov.au or ask the office for an information booklet.
Austudy/Youth Allowance (Not applicable to international students):
Full-time students enrolled for either Vose or ACT awards are eligible to apply for Youth Allowance (up to 25), Austudy or Abstudy (over 25), the Commonwealth Government's schemes providing a means-tested living allowance.
Note: Students with at least a 12cp load each semester are regarded as full-time. It is possible to combine ACT and Vose units to meet this criterion. Contact the Academic Dean for details.
For students with a previous Bachelor's degree, under present regulations:
- Austudy is available for full-time Vose awards, and for any Graduate Diploma.
- Austudy is not available for full-time BMin/BTh study, unless the previous degree was awarded ten years previously.
