Vose Leadership

Vose Leadership is a centre attached to Vose Seminary and jointly funded by the the Baptist Churches of WA and Churches of Christ in WA. Vose Leadership offers:

Vose Leadership

  • A consultancy service for local churches
  • An offer to journey with pastors throughout their ministry, providing professional development opportunities, peer group support, mentoring, coaching and supervision.
  • The MA(Min) programme through Vose Seminary - a specially tailored professional development degree that helps those in pastoral ministry to enhance their skills and to grapple with the issues facing pastors today

As the Centre grows, we anticipate that it will also support the professional development of those in ministry-related professions such as leaders in Christian schools, welfare and mission agencies.

All Vose Seminary graduates are automatically invited to become members of the Centre. In this way we ensure that our commitment to our students extends beyond their completion of formal academic qualifications.

Monica O'Neil was appointed Director of Vose Leadership in June 2007. She has considerable experience and expertise in staff development and training.
